Family Constellations: epigenetics
And now for the good news! Family Constellations (it’s not all doom and gloom)
There’s growing evidence that it’s not just traumatic events that get passed on but trust and compassion too.
As a Family Constellations facilitator it can sometimes feel that most of what gets brought to explore in a Family Constellation arises from unacknowledged or unprocessed grief and bigger burdens passed on by our ancestors.
But no! According to scientists working within the field of epigenetics, the mechanism that allows lived experience and acquired knowledge to be passed on within one generation and the next may include the more positive aspects of our personality and lives.
